Specializing in full-service fee management of self storage facilities, we have built our reputation through our deep industry expertise and meticulous approach to day-to-day management. Cedartree Management Company also provides the management of truck rental dealerships and merchandise sales as part of its regular services.

We also help our clients manage Flex Spaces. Flex Spaces accommodate a variety of uses and are zoned for commercial and light industrial. Each space has an individual postal address and can be used as a means of distribution, store front, storage, artist work space, or an endless number of other options.
